About our bags Build Your Own Completely customizable and interchangeable, Tagger bags are all about individual style and choice. Messenger Bags Build your own bag in just seconds by combining three different parts: flap, bag and strap. The parts click (strap) & stick (flap) with buckles and velcro, which allows you to (re)customize the bag at any time.
Backpacks Build your own bag in just seconds by combining two different parts. Front and back zip together with a special patented zipper, which allows you to (re)customize the bag at any time.
Seperate Parts When buying seperate parts, make sure you are buying the parts for the right bag. Not all parts are interchangeable.
Messenger bags
2 sizes: Crew (big) and Flow (small). Crew size parts only fit Crew bags, Flow size parts only fit flow bags. These parts are non-interchangeable!
Backpacks
2 versions: Bratpack (without sidepockets) and Principal (with sidepockets). All parts are interchangeable. Front panel is exactly the same size for both versions. Orders How To Order We are constantly working on making our shop easier to navigate. To order products from our website, just click the button shop in the main menu. Navigate through our collection and click any product you would like to order, this brings you to a product detail page where you can add it to your shopping cart. Once you're done shopping, you can finish your transaction in 4 easy steps:

· Paypal · iDeal (The Netherlands only!) We apologize if your preferred method of payment is not in the list. Payment Security No need to worry about your security. Tagger relies on DocData to process all payments safely. DocData handles major international accounts and always keeps up with the latest developments to guarantee safe, fast and reliable payment processing. We chose to handle the payments on their servers for maximum security. During your transaction on our website, we redirect you to DocData's secure server for the actual payment processing. Once your payment is completed, DocData redirects you to our servers for a final transaction overview. Safe, simple, Tagger. Invoices Once your transaction is completed and your payment is approved and received by DocData. You will automatically receive your payment confirmation by email. This payment confirmation serves as your invoice. Save it for your reference if you ever need to contact us. Shipping All our shipments are shipped out of The Netherlands with the Global Pack service of TNT Post. This is a cost effective non-express service which allows us to keep your shipping cost low. The package is insured and you need to sign for receipt. Please allow up to 1-10 days for delivery. On rare occassions, shipments may be delayed by your local customs office for inspection. This may delay the shipment for several weeks, depending on the country of residence. For more information on customs, taxes & duties, please read the next paragraph. Customs, Taxes & Duties At Tagger, we put a lot of effort in making your order process as efficient and transparent as possible. However, international (non-EU) orders may incur taxes and duties and this is advised in the checkout process. This fee is levied by the country you are shipping to and has to be paid by the recipient. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office. Returns You can return an unused product with the original packaging within 8 working days after your purchase. Cost of the return shipment will be on the customers account. If you would like to return your product, please follow the steps below: 1. Contact our customer support by using the form here. Or by sending an email to customersupport@taggerbags.com 2. Our customer support will handle your return request 3. You will get a return ticket# and address where to send your package 4. Once received, your return will be processed and money (excluding shipping cost) refunded. Your Account Register Register to our website an enjoy instant member benefits! As a registered user, you do not only get account points, in our loyalty program, but you will also be notified first about special offers, news and promotions. Sign in / Logout You can easily sign in / logout on our page. To sign in, either use the link in the main menu or wait until you reach step 2 in the order process where you can sign in. To logout, use the red link on the top-right corner of our page once signed in. Account Points As a registered user you can benefit from our loyalty program. This program works really simple: For every order of €10,- you spend you automatically get 1 account point (=€0,50 credit)* *Account Points can only be used for purchases on our website and cannot be exchanged for anything else.
